MR. DINESH GIJE
FOUNDER & CHAIRMAN
Mr. Dinesh Gije is a first-generation entrepreneur who built the Shree Kamakshi Group from the ground up, beginning with a single jewellery venture in 1992. Through discipline, technical expertise, and unwavering commitment to integrity, he transformed a modest entrepreneurial effort into a diversified multi-sector enterprise.
A certified gold valuer and respected authority in the bullion industry, his credibility and expertise laid the institutional foundation of the Group. Over the decades, his leadership enabled expansion into petroleum infrastructure, architecture, renewable energy, hospitality, and manufacturing.
His leadership philosophy emphasizes sustainable growth, ethical governance, and long-term enterprise building. Under his stewardship, the Group has expanded across India and internationally, establishing a legacy defined by resilience and strategic foresight.
MR. DHRUV D. GIJE
CEO – GLOBAL EXPANSION & STRATEGY
Representing the next generation of leadership, Mr. Dhruv D. Gije drives international expansion, innovation, and strategic global partnerships. With academic training in entrepreneurship and corporate experience at Tata Communications, he brings a blend of corporate precision and entrepreneurial vision.
He has led the Group’s expansion into Australia and the United States, building international trade networks and technology-driven ventures while strengthening global positioning.
His leadership focuses on innovation, global scalability, and building systems that deliver long-term impact beyond immediate commercial success.
